I am looking to build a 20x24 addition with a full 8ft basement underneath and an attached 2-car garage with 16 foot sidewalls for a play room above the garage. The addition is a single-level with vaulted ceilings. A living room, master bedroom, bathroom and laundry room will be going in the addition.

I am wanting to get an estimate for what it would cost to add to the back of my house. I am wanting to go 15 to 20 feet out from the back of my house and then take that the whole length of my house. and then maybe split that room into 3 rooms. my house is a bi-level house 3 years old.

We are thinking about adding on to our house. We live in Waterford sub-division and have the ability to add on with permission from the committee. We have a single level home right and want to add a second story over the back half of the house and maybe extend the back wall of the house.
